What’s worse than an elephant with a stuffy nose? A giraffe with a sore throat!

Can you see all the giraffes in this snowflake? The little ones too? I hope none of these giraffes have sore throats. I guess they don’t because they’re just paper.

Giraffes are unique animals. They are the tallest animals in the world. Some of them get to be nineteen feet tall. I don’t imagine they would have any trouble seeing over the crowd at a ballgame or parade. Can you imagine being nineteen feet tall?

There’s something else unique about giraffes also. Giraffes have spots, but no two giraffes have the same pattern of spots. Every giraffe is different!

No two people are exactly alike either. Not even twins. We all look different. We have different personalities. We have different talents.

Sometimes people wish they were taller or shorter. Sometimes people wish they had different color eyes or different color hair.

We need to remember each one of us was made by God. Each one of us is unique and very special to God.

Not only do we all look different, but we all have very special gifts and talents that can be used to glorify God. Instead of wishing we were like other people, we should all just try to be the very best we can be for God.
