“Well, Mr. Johnny Johnson, your application looks very impressive,” said the executive to the applicant. “There’s just one thing. It doesn’t say anything about what you’ve been doing for the last four years. Can you account for them?”

“I’ve been in Yale,” the applicant replied.

The executive smiled, “Very impressive, very impressive. That cinches it. You’re the man for the job. Welcome to the firm.”

A few days later the executive saw the newly hired man in the hall. “How’s it going, young man?” he asked.

“Fine, sir!”

“Good man!” said the executive. “Tell me, what was your name again?”

“Yohnny Yohnson, sir,” he answered.

Things aren’t always as they seem.

What may appear harmless at first glance, may be something a bit more dangerous at closer examination. There may be people who at first impression seem to be the “popular crowd.” After looking a little deeper you might find that they are involved in activities that are wrong, and possibly even illegal. We may be tempted to get involved with them despite that, but before you follow the crowd, take a good look at where they’re heading.
