Father's Love
A small-town boy wanted to make it big in business. His father wanted him to stay home and work the farm, assuring him that he could get quite wealthy at home. His father didn’t stop him when the young man headed for the big city to become a success.
After one week the father received a text from his son. It read: “Got job. Feather in my cap.”
After the second week, the father received another text from his son. “Boss liked idea. Another feather in my cap.”
The third week the father received a text from his son. “Got promotion. Another feather in my cap.”
The fourth week the father received a text from his son stating, “Lost job. Send money.”
The father replied to this text. He said “Use feathers. Fly home.”
